As I watched the first month of the season I was quite surprised by all the transfers and rattling that occurred at the player level and management levels. I was very cautious about making any large choices during that time and I basically stood back and watched as a neutral.
Now that the transfer window has closed I can clearly say that some clubs have not adjusted well and many haven’t quite gelled.
Let’s get this party started!
Liverpool vs. Southampton
10:00am ET
Liverpool:Mignolet, Toure,Sakho, Agger, Skrtel, Lucas, Henderson, Gerrard, Aspas, Moses, Sturridge.
Subs: Jones, Kelly,Sterling, Enrique, Wisdom, Ibe, Alberto
Southampton:Boruc, Clyne, Fonte,Lovren, Shaw, Wanyama, Schneiderlin, Lallana (c), Rodriguez, Lambert, Osvaldo.
Subs: K. Davis (GK), S. Davis, Ramírez,Ward-Prowse, Cork, Chambers, Hooiveld
Southampton has struggled to find the back ofthe net in open play and they have only managed two goals this season.
Liverpool has really improved their defense and it was quite evident in the match against Manchester United.
I was reading some info from the Kop faithful stating that Sturridge is suffering from a slight knock he took last match butthey want him to start to continue his streak of consecutive goals.
Not a popular choice but it’s the way I see this match unfolding with Coutinho out and Sturridge suffering a little. The only thing that can hurt this wager is if the Saints score early and first, which will open things up for a very tight Liverpool side. I strongly feel we won’t see three goals inthis match.
Liverpool vs. Southampton UNDER 2.5 (-105) 3 Units!~))!
